Thai Momigami Milano paper combines the natural qualities of handmade Kozo paper with a distinctive crumpled, fabric like surface and hand marbled colour. The paper is treated using the Momigami technique, in which the sheet is carefully kneaded and softened to create its characteristic tactile texture and flexibility.
Each sheet is hand marbled, producing individual patterns and variations in colour. Selected designs feature metallic and gold marble effects, adding subtle luminosity to the organic surface. Made from long Kozo fibres, these papers retain strength and flexibility despite their delicate appearance.
The collection is well suited to bookbinding, collage, stationery, greeting cards, paper sculpture, printmaking, paper decoration, packaging, lampshades and interior projects. Its soft, textile like texture and individual marbled patterns make the paper particularly effective where surface and material are an integral part of the finished work.
