Collection: Lace Paper

Thai Lace Paper is a delicate handmade paper made from Kozo (paper mulberry) fibres, distinguished by its intricate openwork patterns and translucent surface. Produced using the traditional Rakusui technique, water is carefully dropped onto the paper pulp to displace the fibres and create naturally formed lace like patterns.

Available in a selection of geometric and botanical designs, including Polka Dots, Waves, Diamonds, Bamboo and Fairy Fern, each sheet combines fine Kozo fibres with an expressive open structure. Despite its delicate appearance, the long natural fibres provide strength and flexibility.

Thai Lace Paper is particularly suited to projects where light and texture are central to the design. It can be used for lampshades, interior screens, window treatments, collage, stationery, bookbinding, paper sculpture, gift packaging and decorative paper projects.
