The Nordic Rooms Hanging Paper Star is a handcrafted Christmas ornament that brings the simplicity of Scandinavian decorating to your tree, windows or table. Stars have long been a Nordic Christmas symbol, traditionally made from paper and hung in windows through the dark winter months. This pleated design gives that tradition a light, modern form.
Each star is made from FSC certified paper and comes with a cotton hanging string. The pleated construction is lightweight and reusable, so it’s easy to hang and store, and it can be brought out again each Christmas.
At 10cm, the star works well in groups. Hang several from the tree or a seasonal branch, layer them in a table display, or place them in a window for a soft, graphic accent. It is available in a palette of earthy and neutral tones: White, Clay, Linen, Rust, Olive Green and Seafoam.
